• A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking

• Bookings made within 30 days of travel require full payment

• All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP)
• Prices include VAT where applicable
• We reserve the right to adjust prices due to unforeseen circumstances

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Guest

• More than 30 days: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
• 15-30 days: 50% refund
• 7-14 days: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund

4.2 Cancellation by Lively Globe

We may cancel tours due to insufficient bookings, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer:

• Full refund of all payments made
• Alternative tour dates when available
• Credit towards future bookings

• Arrive punctually at designated meeting points
